Once you have captured a cartel you may begin to receive money directly into your gang account. Once captured, a cartel is 'locked' for 30min and no other gang can contest it for that time.Once you have taken control your gang name will be displayed on the map and you will receive that Cartels Rewards It will then tick back up to 100% notifying you and your gang you now have control of that Cartel. When the cartel is clear of other gangs the cartel will become 'Contested' and the percentage will tick down to 0% at which point the previous gang will have lost control.Must clear all opposing gang members from the marked area.Must have an illegal firearm purchased from the rebel outpost (No weapon under 6.5 can be used to capture a cartel).Cartels rotate location on server restart. The 4 cartels in Asylum are: Wongs Triad, Drug Cartel, Oil Cartel, and Arms Dealer.There are 3 turfs in Asylum: Rodopoli, Zaros, and Panagia.Rewards vary depending on the location or type (Cartel vs Turf) Cartels and turfs are similar in that they both follow a King of the Hill (KOTH) style game-play encouraging gangs to fight each other for rewards.
